TERMS OF SERVICE

Please make sure to read, understand and agree to my terms before requesting a commission.

ORDERING■ First Come, First Serve.
■ Please send clear references of your character.
■ References should include: Character, Clothes, Expressions, Accessories, Pose
■ Kindly send all the details of the character too that you wanted to add on your commission.
■ I have the right to reject a commission especially if it's beyond my abilities to work on.

PAYMENT■ Full payment upfront.
■ I will not start working on the commission if full payment hasn't been made.
■ Kindly send the full payment once I accept your request.■ For Locals (PH) I accept payment via GCash.
■ For International, I only accept payment via Ko-Fi.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATION■ Stricly NO REFUNDS & CANCELLATION
■ Please be 200% sure before requesting a commission.■ However, if due to an unforeseen events that I can't do your request, I will send you a full refund.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE■ I have all the rights to my artwork.
■ I have the rights to post the finished piece to my social media handles and use it for my portfolio.
■ Kindly let me know in advance if you want your commission to be private, otherwise, I, as the artist will use the commissioned piece for art samples and portfolio purposes.■ You CANNOT use my art commercially / in any way to gain profit.
■ You CANNOT edit or trace the commissioned artwork.
■ You CANNOT print the commissioned piece without asking me first.
■ You CANNOT remove my watermark.■ You may only use the commissioned art for personal use only.
■ Personal Use includes but not limited to: Icons / Profile, Header, Wallpaper, etc. (with proper credits!)■ Commissions that can be used commercially will be stated.
■ If you want to use the commissioned art (For Streams, For Covers) please discuss it with me beforehand, commercial fees will be applied.■ I DON'T ALLOW turning my art into any physical merchandise except for freebies. Just ask me first if your using it for freebies.■ I DON'T ALLOW all commissioned pieces to be used for NFTs and any AI trainings / programs.

REVISIONS■ I only allow 3 minor revisions.
■ Major revisions will be charged.
■ Major changes like: Different Pose, Different Clothes & Hair, Different Expression.■ Please be 1000% sure on the overall design and look of your request before ordering.

DELIVERY TIME■ Please be patient. Commissions will normally take 2 to 4 weeks to finish depending on the complexity.
■ YCH commissions will usually take 1 to 2 weeks to finish.
■ Illustrations will take 1 to 2 months.■ I will update you on the progress of your commission.
■ I will also tell you if I will be busy and if that will take your commission to be later than usual.■ Please only send a request if you're willing to wait. No rushing!

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE■ You will receive digital copy only, no physical art or any shipment will be made.
■ All commissioned piece will be sent via google drive link in DMs / Email.■ For Icons: You will receive a PNG / JPG of your Icon.
■ For Poca: You will receive a JPG file with a SKEB (surprise me! art) back part of the poca. No revisions and check in for the back design of the poca, overall design will be up to me. It's your choice if you will be using it or not.
■ For YCH: You will receive a PNG / JPG of your YCH request.
